Domestic Shipping 

  • We strive to ship all orders the day they are received, except Sunday. 
  • If  there is a problem with your order, such as an unavailable item or an incorrect address, we will contact you before we ship.
  • We ship via USPS and UPS. Most domestic orders are shipped using Priority Mail.  After completing your purchase, you can usually expect to receive your order within four days.
  • Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination but are usually between $8–$22.
  • We offer free local delivery to addresses within San Francisco city limits. Learn more about our Free San Francisco Delivery. (link to Free San Francisco Delivery page)
  • We offer free shipping to most California addresses for orders over $60. 
  • Once your order is with the courier, we will no longer be responsible for transit times. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships.

International Shipping 

  • We charge standard shipping rates for international shipments based on USPS and UPS calculations. 
  • Please check your local area to see if there are additional import duties, fees, taxes or tariffs on shipments from the US. We are not responsible for additional fees charged per a particular country's fee schedule.

Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit, less the shipping costs.
  • Please include the original receipt with your return. 
  • Items must reach us in new condition and in their original packaging.  
  • All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
